By integrating findings from interviews, the study highlights how leading Lithuanian artists navigate similar dynamics in their work.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing on the theoretical frameworks of Nye\u2019s concept of soft power and Haraszti\u2019s notion of the \u201cvelvet prison\u201d, the study analyses how structural mechanisms and personal negotiation intersect to define creative freedom.
